What will your day look likeAs a Client Services & Operations Support Officer (CSO), you will be coordinating and tracking onboarding and/or ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) cases while delivering service excellence, client satisfaction and ownership of continuous improvement initiatives and developing client solutions.
This role will also develop and implement strategies to improve processes with a focus on creating efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
Key Accountabilities include:
Manage day-day Service and Production capabilities for the PH branch - ensuring quality and timeliness of team deliverablesEmbed a culture for market-leading Service differentiation - ensuring staff are actively engaged with customers and internal stakeholders leading to optimized customer outcomesEnsure service levels are aligned to customer value through application of Tiered Service offeringManage and influence key stakeholder expectations and communications, to ensure problems or issues are identified and resolved by effectively communicating with stakeholdersWhat will you bring?To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
