IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Process intercompany invoices in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system following three-way matching principleResearch and investigate to clear disputed invoices and provide recommendationClear differences between subledger and ledger by performing Accounts Payable to General Ledger reconciliationReconcile Intercompany Statement of Account versus ledger and prepare Goods in Transit and accrual entriesResolve intercompany imbalancesPerform intercompany netting selection and send remittance advice to intercompany vendorsPrepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related degree3 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, Audit or PayrollWorking knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation.Practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc)Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
