Accounts Manager (Accounting Manager)

KEY RESPonSIBILITIESYou will:To undertake onboarding processes for all new clients to company with the assistance of Team Leader.To ensure new clients are thoroughly transitioned and established for future services with the assistance of Team Leader.To ensure a high quality of client service is always provided by performing work that requires a senior level of   technical skill or knowledge, supporting the team to complete tasks effectively, and reviewing all returns and reports to ensure quality control with the assistance of Team Leader.To manage quality assurance by assisting with development and maintenance of the Firm’s policies and procedures, clarifying, and communicating associated expectations to the team, and monitoring delivery against standards and goals set using key performance indicators.To manage the team through communicating clear expectations, providing the necessary support for team members to deliver their best performance, cultivate strong teamwork and a workplace culture that is consistent with the firm’s values and direction. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIonSMinimum of 5 years’ accounting experience, preferable with SME’sMinimum 4 years’ people management experienceBPO experience/ Global ExperienceExperience working with AU / New Zealand SME’s is a plusXero certified is a plusBest practice policy and procedure development experienceExperience with accounting software – Xero and Receipt Bank, SAP, ORACLE, PRonTOExperience with working remotely for offshore clients WORK SCHEDULE: Morning shift (5am to 2pm)WORK SETUP: Hybrid (Mandaluyong)
