Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree in clinical / healthcare management or related field• 3+ years experience managing NCQA or URAC accreditations• Demonstrated field experience having managed (led) Accreditations and / or Audits in related field• Experience with accreditation activity in a health care setting• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases• Project Management experience• Risk Management• Experience with CMS and State Regulatory Agencies• Clinical / health care compliance knowledge• Ability to become or is a Certified Auditor, such as a CIAResponsibilities:• Acts as key contact for compliance and accreditation readiness committee(s) and working subgroup contributor. Performs follow - up activities / project management support. Coordinates the dissemination of performance assessment and regulatory updates to appropriate staff• Ensures the compliance and accreditation readiness program is in place by coordinating 'mock surveys' and collecting required supporting documentation, data and action plans. Participates in the development of educational resources for the general staff regarding standard/regulatory updates• Conducts observation audit and chart review to support prioritized opportunities for improvement of projects related to regulatory related topics. Contributes to the assessment of baseline performance and ensures improvement / corrective action plan durability. Manages data collection and recommends improvement to the process and improves workflow• Oversees and guides to ensure the policies and procedures’ adherence to applicable laws, regulations and accreditation standards that govern the programs:Overview: This position is responsible for administrative and coordinating functions Pre and Post accreditation/re-accreditation surveys (Application, communicates with service line leads regarding action plan and next step in preparation for or following inspection surveys, and coordinates response assessment dashboards, etc.) as well as other internal/external audits, large scale quality and safety survey coordination and compliance. Collaborates with the project managers, data abstractors, data analyst and other staff to create and customize tools and media regarding accreditation requirements. He/she also participates in the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and follow-ups on all Quality Management activities (accreditation and compliance) and Quality Improvement Projects.This professional ensures that processes are monitored and achieved for Business Process, Utilization Managment and associated products.  Will also ensure a high customer satisfaction by adhering to contractual obligations, policies and procedures
