Duties:

Manage a central team in APAC for all world-wide quote requestsGenerate, co-ordinate and provide customer quotes for all world-wide regions.Project co-ordinate large global bids and ensure submission to the customer within the agreed SLAMonitor team performance and report on metricsMotivate team membersRecording of absences from work; including holidays, sickness, maternity.Support on daily queries relating to the company and their vendorsLiaise with Vendors and Customers directly to resolve any discrepancies preventing valid quotations from being produced.Attend meetings/calls where necessary with the vendor or customer to discuss large bids and projectsIdentify efficiency gaps, and strive for continuous improvementWork within the agreed SLA’sHave a flexible approach to working hours during peak periods.Customer SupportAdministrative/self-developmentJob Requirements:
