Job Description
Responsible in receiving and logging cases/queries from clients' customer service teamsIn charge of data entry transactions and in accordance to SLAMonitor cases to completion and in adherence to SLAResponsible in Handling the needs of customers and the processingdocumentation related to customer service duties as necessary in the daily operations of a service center
Provide accurate, valid and complete information with the use of the right method or tools.Does research on information required to satisfy customers' inquiriesRequirements
