Your role:

Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to ensure they meet set sales targetsProvide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresProvide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective mannerMentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve sales targets Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operationsRegularly visit stores to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance salesDevelop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail storesMonitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each store Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysisAddress & resolve issues of customer complaints evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of each store 

Your qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Strong business acumenStrong research and analytical skills Ability to think creatively and innovativelyExcellent presentation skills and data analytics skills Ability to manage different projects at the same timeMust be energetic and passionate about their products o Must be organized and methodical o Ability to work well under pressureFluent in both English and Filipino Excellent written and verbal communication skills
