JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling the activities of the sales team ensuring maximum sales volume. Participates in goal setting and strategy formulation both for long-term and short-term plans. Manage customer servicing activities, sales promotion, and special projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises both Senior and regular Professional Medical Representatives to ensure achievement of district’s sales target, new accounts/new business leads, hospitals penetration, marketing programs implementation and call rate standards to deliver sales results.
2. Assesses and analyzes Professional Medical Representatives’ performance, conducts regular on the job training, provides coaching sessions, identifies individual development plans and conduct follow through actions.
3. Guides Professional Medical Representatives in data gathering, use of facts and data to make business decisions.
4. Conducts Business Reviews with Professional Medical Representatives to guide them in the execution of plans and programs, seizing business opportunities and coming up with action plans to address key issues.
5. Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures and reportorial requirements.
6. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager in the execution of training and development programs to improve team performance and competencies.
7. Look and interviews qualified candidates for the vacancy in his/her district, in coordination with Human Resource Department.
8. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
