Responsible for achieving the department’s day-to-day sales targets and managing
its customer service, shrinkage, security control, merchandise display, policies, and
reports.
Sales
1. Ensure achievement of sales target of the assigned department.
2. Ensures proper display of merchandise in the department base on the standard.
3. Implementation of standard shelf service level (SSL) tags for top 500 SKU of the
assigned department.
4. Monitors the best sellers and slow-moving items in the department.
5. Ensures timely replenishment of stocks in the department. Ensures that all fixtures
and merchandise are well maintained at all times.
6. Ensures proper implementation of promotional activities of all the departments.
7. Ensures that the department implements good housekeeping at all times.
Merchandising and Shrinkage Control
1. Ensures proper maintenance of merchandise of the assigned department based on
standards. Assigned department is able to monitor and analyze stocks movements
and replenishment details.
2. Ensure the 100% shelf service level (SSL) target.
3. Efficient monitoring of stocks in the assigned department.
4. Ensure accuracy of cycle count/ Semiannual and annual inventory and all related
inventory activities in the assigned department.
People Management
1. Ensures 100% compliance to company policies, procedures and work requirements.
2. Ensure 100% staffing of personnel in the department.
Customer Service
1. Ensure 100% compliance to NSSI Customer Service Standards of all selling personnel
in the department.
2. Ensures excellent customer service is rendered by all the departments at all times.
Reportorial Management
1. Prepares the FF. Reports Shelf tag service level (SSL) Report on the top 500 SKU,
analysis of category promo implemented in the department, Department sales
analysis based on business review and DC suppliers, Summary of manpower
attendance and overtimes, overstock request and competitive price check (CPCA).
