RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors performance of store pickers and packers, including compliance with store operations guidelinesDispatches packed orders to third-party logistics partners and updates delivery status on the appTakes corrective measures as the need arises (examples: void transactions, returns/refunds)Can act as a reliever of picker or packer during breaks, if neededCoordinates with HR regarding any concern related to the Third-Party manpowerCoordinates with Store Manager regarding day-to-day operationsCustodian of the devices and supplies used in the operations of GoCart.ph (example: tablets, scanners, receipt printer)QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate at least any two-year / four-year courseWith related experience in the retail industry and store operationsWith at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented companyGood knowledge and understanding of operations and business trendsWith motorcycle is a mustWilling to be assigned to stores in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Pasay CityJoin us and be part of our growing team!
