Responsible in ensuring brand growth through:
1. Brand Positioning and Image
2. Creation and Execution of Promotions and Campaigns
a. Trade Marketing Activities
b. National Consumer Promotions
c. Brand Campaigns (ATL)
3. Ensure pricing model strategy
4. Monitor supply of stocks - incoming shipments, inventory and sell out
Ensure product distribution and visibility by driving the following:
5. Correct distribution and placement of products
6. Spotting oppurtunity for product distribution/placements
7. Creation of Planograms and monitoring implementation
8. Direction and monitoring Promotion Execution
Responsible and act as a link between Principals and BEI:
9. Coordination of direction and plans
10. Contract Review and Agreements
11. Management of Brand Expenses
Accountable in doing all assigned Brands Health check through:
12. Regular Business Reviews
13. Data Analysis
14. Promo Execution evaluation
15. Brand Expense Budgeting and Monitoring
16. Brand Expense Claims
