Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience: Project Management Transitions Mobilization Stakeholder Management Process Improvement and Innovation Can work with large data using Excel, create simple to moderate dashboards, create basic to intermediate formula/bot in Excel and can design presentation materials and present in large group and upper management level Advance written and spoken communication skills Problem solving and root cause analysis Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment Must be flexible to support US and Europe working hoursJob Description:
This role will be a part of Workplace Global Enablement Services. The Senior Analyst will be working on transitions mobilization, business process delivery and process improvement initiatives Manage small to medium projects transitions from onshore to low-cost locations, using a transition mobilization tool kit designed by the organization. Work involves process review, process documentation, creating PowerPoint presentation, keeping track and following up of deliverables. Aggregate data from various tools and other functions to create management and operational views reports needed for fact-based analysis and decision support. Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner. Support multiple initiatives and work closely with partners around the world and other team members to collaborate and industrialize solutions. Champions Operational Excellence, a framework designed by the organization, to run a team and processes efficiently and effectively. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners across the globe. Resolve issues in a tactful and expedient manner for short-term solutions, and effectively plan for long-term solutions. Develop direct report to improve required skills, set direct report for success and ensure high people engagement among team members. Advise and enable stakeholders in their goals to improve service, save on cost and mitigate risks. Use powerful techniques such as data storytelling and PowerBI/bots/tools as applicable.
