The ROLE:
As a Sales Associate, you will efficiently and effectively provide business sales and consultancy services to Fusion360’s growing client base — primarily focused on selling quality learning and training materials to Australia training organisations.
You will be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities:
Have knowledge of a large suite of learning resourcespromptly contact clients, and sell learning and assessment materialsVigorously follow up all client enquiries to maximise sales conversionMaintain strong relationships with the company’s clients through regular contact, and follow up.Liaise with third parties and resellers to negotiate rates and gain product knowledgeRespond promptly to email and phone inquiries from clients, and prospective clientsEnsure emails and quotes are accurate and include all the needed informationAct with the highest integrity in every client interationUpdate records, create new leads, log calls, and maintain relevant databasesThe following will give you an advantage:
At least 6 months of Outbound Sales experienceExperience in cold-calling and generating sales leadsFamiliarity/proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software like SalesforceExperience in handling (an) Australian account/sSkills and Qualifications:
Familiarity/proficiency in Office365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor’s/College Degree in any fieldHas extensive experience in sales and client liaison - inbound and/or outbound sales experience — preferable in a business to business environmentQuality customer service skills and great objection handlingExceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, great attention to detail, above average typing speed and accuracy, proficient with MS Office programsStrong worth ethic and ability to work autonomously.Candidates willing to start immediately will be prioritisedWhat you will Gain:
