The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing the accounts assigned to him/her for a specific territory or discipline. The Sales Account Manager is in charge of maintaining his/her Upsell/Uplift goals, Book of Business, and/or retaining the customer base by renewing their annual subscription aligned with business strategies. and to potentially grow the existing customer portfolio by actively hunting opportunities within the existing customer base and/or identifying new business opportunities for the respective business units.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling existing customer portfolio(For the bilingual opening) Bilingual Proficiency in any of the languages: Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, VietnameseBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredExperience in a corporate / B2B sales environment preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsSolid MS Office knowledgePresentation skills and pipeline management an advantageWhy join us?
