Responsibilities

Assess the success of social media campaigns by studying the metrics of each post as well as the campaign as a whole.Responsible for suggesting changes to campaigns based on how followers have responded. Completely free trial, no card required,Analyse social media post metrics.Making a note of posts that perform poorly and finding evidence for why this may beReporting to the Social Media Director to inform them of the success of social media campaignsProviding constructive criticism to content creators to help them make improvementsAccomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and proceduresMaintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organisation standards;Observing follower engagement and building a report on their behaviours.Researching new social media trends and toolsKeeping abreast of current events and pop culture to better understand user behaviour.Keep a pulse on the HR TA efforts and whether these are in line with what we have set out to achieve.Communicate with respective department for any system/technology issues and concerns.Support in training initiatives / deliver training to employees as and when needed.Keep track on adherence to Social Media Work Flow Process and manage team deliverables dailyAny other task that will be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline with additional qualification in HR / Personnel Management desirable.In-dept understanding how to read and interpret data.Knowledge of SEO best practices.Excellent knowledge of social media tools and trends  Conversant with the latest trends in HR Sourcing domain.Hand’s on experience in multi-dimensional HR Sourcing activities thru the use of Social MediaExcellent MS Office skills.Has knowledge of HR TA concepts and application.People dynamics & problem solving.Experience as a social media assistant, content creator, or a similar role.The ability to analyse data (specifically related to user behaviour and engagement) Amenable to work on a night/graveyard shift.Work at home capable , Equipment will be provided.
