We are looking for an A-Player to join our growing team.

Someone who:

Responsibilities include:

·        Meet with the Marketing Manager to generate campaign ideas for multiple clients.

·        Develop advanced funnel strategies for service-based business and ecommerce clients.

·        Take new digital campaigns to market ensuring we are targeting the right audience with the right creative to drive traffic, sales, or leads.

·        Review digital marketing performance and provide results-oriented recommendations to inform future campaign development and optimize customer experience.

·        Clearly present commentary, insights and campaign status and updates to Marketing Manager.

·        Write ad copy in short form for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.

·        Give graphic designers direction to build creative.

·        Communicate consistently and effectively with clients and marketing manager.  

Qualifications and skills:

·        You are recognized for your work executing high performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, sales, or leads and for pulling data from various sources (Google Ads, meta, Google Analytics) to inform the direction and support decisions.

·        You have previous experience with analytics and tracking tools (Tag Manager, GA4, Google Analytics)

·        You are Known for your ability to simplify data and present it in a compelling way, you are an exceptional storyteller; able to craft concise and compelling results-oriented stories tailored to the audience.

·        You are recognized for your curious mind and natural ability to dive into new solutions, investigate ideas and identify new areas of opportunity for our clients.

·        You are willing to step in if team members need help, solve problems, and stay positive when challenging situations emerge.

·        You have a thorough understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce

Education and experience:

·        Post-secondary education in marketing AND at least three years of experience managing digital campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation clients.

·        Accreditations from Google and meta.

·        Experience and understanding of SEO is an asset.
