We're an international media company, looking for a social media coordinator to support the digital strategy for Key Media.
The Social Media Coordinator will work on growing Key Media's social media communities and engagement, conceptualising, and executing custom content across various social media channels, and working with editorial and sales teams to create innovative and best-in-class content.
The Social Media Coordinator will leverage various social channels to drive the awareness, engagement, and retention for B2B business publications worldwide. You'll need to get your sleeves rolled up creating and amplifying quality content across award-winning business products.

creating social content with a focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and retentiondeveloping and owning all Key Media Publication's social content strategy and manage the daily social media calendardeveloping a framework with measurable goals for social reporting and analytics to measure the performance of social media contentbuilding relationships with professional influencers who are advocates or can become advocates for our branddriving engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, feedback and postsdriving and implementing multi-platform readership engagement campaignsimplementing social media and digital marketing strategies working on branding and communications strategies across a range of B2B marketsliaising with colleagues at an international levelmanaging content calendars across platformsThe successful candidate will have:
experience managing social media across various social media platforms - working in a B2B editorial environment is a plusstrong copy writing, editing skills, and project management skillsability to adapt tone and writing style to different audiences and formatsexpertise with using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placementclear understanding of the B2B marketing funnelstrong verbal and written communication and networking skillsexperience managing digital content calendars, including scheduling and analyticsgreat organizational skills, with excellent planning and project management skillsthe ability to apply skills on different levels simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentexperience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)ability to identify and track relevant community metricshands on experience with social media management for brandsability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metricsknowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsabout us
