The Digital Business Lead is responsible to develop, execute, monitor and optimize sales on all digital channels. He/ she will be in charge of continuously building and expanding external and internal digital opportunities to strongly deliver on management goals. He/ she will lead the creation and execution of sales strategies to achieve management targets for our Digital Channels.
The role is expected to lay out its vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Company’s overall Digital Portfolio. Work closely with IT, innovation, sales, marketing, and other support teams to further these products and channels.
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce:
1) Oversee the Platform Lead in the supervision of our digital platforms.
2) Provide business reviews and research on competitor platforms, brands and digital opportunities.
Create sales strategy:
1) conduct analysis of sales and trends on existing and potential digital channels and products.
2) Initiate marketing plans for digital channels to help the company hit short term and long-term targets.
3) Conduct performance review of executed sales strategies and marketing plans.
Channel/ Client Development:
1) Lead the management of existing partners and ensure that we maintain a good synergistic partnership.
2) Deeply understand existing digital channels and spot opportunities to further expand and maximize their potential to better contribute to the company.
3) Source new channels that are aligned to the brand and current company objectives.
