Responsibilities:
•Answer call inquiries pertaining to insurance policy of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedures
•Analyze customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution/s
•Provide excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
• Completed 2 years in College with at least 1 Year BPO Experience
• With Good English Communication Skills
• Amenable to start ASAP
