Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Officer will proactively provide consultative sourcing and hiring support to top customer base through exceptional product adoption and preventive concerns management. He/She will ensure that service levels for the accounts assigned to him/her are met.
The main KRAs of this position are product adoption and to achieve field service KPIs for the accounts assigned to him/her.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and address sourcing roadblocks by proactively educating hirers on sourcing best practices, through face to face visits/ via online meetings / or via phonePartner with sales for account managementPerform and monitor daily operations for accounts assigned Answer and resolve email and phone in concerns (recovery as needed) from internal and external customersCreate customer reports and analysis to help internal and external customers address recruitment challenges and needs Project management as assigned by the superiorJob Qualifications:
Candidate must at least possess a bachelor’s degree in any field of studyAt least two (2) years’ experience in customer servicingFace to face customer interaction exposureGood communication skillsTraining exposure and abilitiesHighly proficient in internet browsing and office applicationsHas passion and ability to provide exceptional customer serviceAble to work under pressure and handle challenging customers in a fast-paced environment
