Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Channel Execution Associate. The Channel Execution Associate is responsible for coordinating with internal purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely and complete availability of materials for instore execution according to agreed plans. He/She supports the Channel Execution Manager in ensuring optimal, timely and complete for field sales execution.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Execution Lead
Coordinates with third-party agencies, distributor agencies in activating plans in channels (distribution, merchandising, promotions)Provides the operational intelligence in the planning stage of trade programs which include details on materials, timing, cost and manpower implicationsEnsures seamless program managementCoordinates with Marketing Services in field events/activationsGatekeeper of Execution Process
Responsible for the timely compliance to delivery of promotion merchandising materials in siteevaluation
Works with the Field evaluation Specialist in providing insights on execution and performance of the programsFinancial Management
Manages budgets for planned activitiesWhat are the Qualifications?
