ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Develop and maintain beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring accountability and quality for the price
· Procure subcontractors for unassigned projects
· Handle contracts
· Review and manage subcontractor and service compliance consistently
· Manage service schedules
· Generate work orders
· Manage third-party service reporting systems
· Submit requests for purchase orders
· Manage timesheets and customer invoicing in the CRM software
· Manage email accounts associated with customer and subcontractor communications
· Review questions or problems that may arise and communicate with appropriate parties
· Handle service reporting timesheet approval and customer invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· 2-3 years of sales experience B2B or B2C
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
