QUALIFICATIONS• A bachelor’s degree in any business course, economics or finance, marketing, or related field.• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or related field.• Solid experience in product and project management, needs and cost-benefit analysis, business planning and execution.• Knowledge and experience in brand management and promotion.• Preferably with knowledge and expertise in High value Tech Outsourcing for BPO, Banking and other Industry• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.• Excellent organizational skills.• Excellent communication skills.• Needs-oriented and Target-driven.• Team player, self-motivated and flexible.• Innovative and creative.• Possess high curiosity quotient.• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.• IT fluency in business tools.• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.JOB DEscriptION:• Understand and interpret buying patterns and trends.• Expertise in brand building, strengthen the business’ market position, and increase brand awareness.• Develop strategies by studying integration of new venture with existing company strategies and operations.• Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis, with recommendations.• Business planning for expansion and growth through in-depth knowledge of the current state of the overall industry and growth projections.• Strategic planning for business expansion such as the development of new business lines, new sales channels, new product development, and new partnerships in existing or new markets.• Facilitate R&D to develop fitting solutions to market requirements.
