Develops and deploys initial entry plans and marketing strategies to grow new businesses through market scanning and competitor analysis.
Builds the organization’s capability and capacity in executing with operational excellence and efficiency and develops gap closure plans.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With at least 5 years related experience and with at least 2 years in a Leadership/Managerial position in an FMCG company.
• With advanced skills in Business Analysis and Planning, New Product Development, Brand Strategy and Development, Brand Activation, Forecasting
• Proficient in Business & Industry Understanding, Project Management, Financial Awareness & Business Profitability, Consumer and Trade Insight, Sales and Channel Strategy
• Developing in Operations and Manufacturing Start-up Development, Supply Chain and Logistics
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
