Responsibilities:
Lead the achievement of category goals in terms of value (revenue), volume, and profitEnsure a healthy marketing mix by managing a profitable business portfolio and securing consistent product availabilityManage correct demand forecasts via the use of historical performances data and emerging category trendsAlong with Brand Managers, conduct in-depth analysis and review of brands; and understand brand issues and opportunities via development programs rooted in these findings.Undertake close monitoring of competitorsIdentify potential new products and product lines based on category strategy, market trends and opportunities, and Dealer business insights, while ensuring that appropriate research is conducted when creating new productsGuide the Brand Managers to foster creative thinking and innovative approaches in order to grow the assigned categoryQualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, and other analogous courses. MBA is an advantage.A minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience in multi-brands, preferably in Fragrances or Intimate ApparelHigh level of strategic thinking based, analytical and critical cognitive skills, and financial acumenStrong leadership, communications, and collaboration skillsAbove-average creativity and innovative thinking
