The Consumer Engagement Field Manager is responsible to lead the development, finalization, and execution of engagement strategies and action plans for implementation in the assigned region, critically evaluating the presence of the desired adult (21+) nicotine user audience, the mix of engagement activities, and the network of POS partners to deliver against portfolio objectives within the allocated marketing expense.
As Consumer Engagement Field Manager, you will report to The Consumer Engagement Director and be expected to:
Analyze network of partner POS to ensure alignment with company strategies and action plans whilst ensuring compliance with the law and local regulations. Analyze portfolio performance, identify current and emerging trends, and formulate suitable strategies to encourage trial and adoption among the desired adult (21+) nicotine user audience. Assess impact of branded P/TPOSMs and ensure alignment with agreed visibility objectives whilst ensuring compliance with the law and local regulations. Analyze activation performance across Non-Traditional/Novel Trade POS, identify current and emerging trends, and develop strategies and action plans to optimize activation resources whilst ensuring compliance with the law and local regulations. Collaborate with internal (Activation, Brand, Sales) and external (POS, Agencies) groups to meet regional distribution, merchandising, and activation objectives and targets. Achieve regional coverage, visibility, and activation targets. Offer feedback and insights to contribute in the development of adult (21+) nicotine user engagement initiatives and POS programs.
