Prepare, extract, analyze, and present insights on the Digital Marketing and the Digital Competitive Landscape of the My Home Credit App and Website. Perform deep-dive product analytics and research of the different competitors of our different products namely: BNPL, Cash Loan, Qwarta, and Credit Cards Prepare Mobile App Competitive Landscape Reports (Data.Ai) and Website Competitive Landscape Reports (SimilarWeb) Support the Campaign Specialists in the extraction and targeting of customers (eg. MoEngage, Push Notifications, SMS, E-mail), plus, the creation of relevant post-campaign analysis (eg. Google Analytics, Appsflyer) Collaborate with Business Analysts, ETL Developers, and Data Engineers to explore and bring data for monitoring and analysis to the team Understand and assess the needs of key stakeholders, from Management to Product Owners, in order to provide sensible descriptive analytics and actionable insights Maintain accurate and timely sending of assigned regular reports Mentor the Junior online Analyst in charge of Digital Marketing and ResearchAre you excited to experience Life at Home Credit PH?
