RATIonALE FOR POSITION
To support HROD in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing HR data and formulate reports and recommendations according to the Company’s needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects HR-related information from HRIS, HR Shared Services, Corporate HR, Regional HR, and Talent AcquisitionConsolidates gathered data and prepares regular and new reports.Interprets data and analyzes resultsFormulate proposals to enhance current business processes based on gathered data.QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in the field of Human ResourcesWith effective communication skills (oral and written)Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsWith at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in Human Resources.Familiar with the different HR processes and use of employee management software.
