Ensure an effective recruitment process by way of best practice End to end recruitment processWork with the campaign to streamline the recruitment processConducts calibration meeting with clientOn boarding HR and Recruitment reportingHR Admin & Engagement:
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirementsKeeps employee records up to dateMaintains approved positions along with assigned salary grade levelsProcesses personnel action forms and assures approvals and disseminates approved formsMaintains a spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and allowancesPrepares paperwork required to enrol employee in payrollProfile creation in the payroll systemUpdate and create schedule template in the payroll systemUpdate salary and other personal information of the employee in the payroll systemOff boardingCreates and support engagement activities by executing programs and ensure participation of employeesWhat you’ll bring in:
