1. Serve as the lawyer of HR
a. Track and resolve labor issues/disputes, provide consultations
b. Minimize, if not prevent, labor risks
2. Handle disciplinary actions (DA) end to end
a. Close all administrative cases within SLA;
b. Maintain and update case management tool (CMT) and DA hard copies;
c. Complete the membership of the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) and train the members;
3. Handle and close all DOLE Audit
a. Active participation in the Health and Safety Committee
4. Handle and close DOLE SEnA and mediation proceedings
5. Serve as the HR champion/partner for Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit; ensuring that all reports are submitted, and action items delivered
Policy and Procedure1. Create, review, and cascade HR and employee-related policies
2. Review every 2 years all HR and employee-related policies, including the Employee Handbook
Human Resource Division, Office of the President (Legal and Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit), RD Strategies and Performance
Bar passer. Combination of at least 3 years in a reputable law office and 5 years in the corporate worldAt least 10 years of experience in labor relations and HR policymakingDemonstrated ability to balance the interest of management and laborFamiliarity with Visio is a plus
