As an HR Senior Associate you will be responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, issue resolution and the execution of the overall Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each LoS and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement.

· Planning and coordinating the team’s workforce to best use employee talents
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
· Identifying opportunities for growth
· Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties,
· Supporting the management with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,
· Delivering effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required,
· Recruiting and Inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity
· Execute overall recruitment strategy such as recruitment marketing and branding, Market Intelligence, and Reporting and Analytics
· Plan and oversee employee benefits program
