The TA Partner will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition of a specific Division/s and account management for AXA Philippines. This TA Partner will provide support and consultation primarily to the hiring managers and collaborate with HR Business Partners. This role is hands-on that provides full cycle manpower requirement support to the business.
Provide strategy, planning, and management for end-to-end talent acquisition for the assigned Division/s.Partner and develop key relationships with hiring managers, hiring teams, HR, and other stakeholders to recommend and successfully implement innovative and effective hiring strategies.Work closely with the HRBPs & hiring managers on needs assessments & manpower requirementsLeverage personal and professional networks, knowledge of talent communities, recruitment best practices, and excellent judgment to hire the best talent.Drive talent pipeline by utilizing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through social media engagements, job portals, and industry-relevant communities.Track relevant recruiting metrics and provide analytics for performance management and decision-making.Identify and recommend new sourcing systems, processes or techniques to enhance efficiencies.Effectively partner with external vendors (agencies, staffing firms, research companies, etc.), and internal stakeholders (business partners, total rewards, talent management) to ensure successful execution of hiring and onboarding processes.· Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
(Preferably HR, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.)
· 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
· Experience in other facets of HR is a plus
· Strong stakeholder management experience
· VG communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong attention to detail
· Results-oriented
