HR Business Partner is responsible for over-all HR operations and business partnership of GBS Manila. Working closely with the HR Director and the GBS Head in implementing programs and policies.

Responsibilities:

Work with the business to implement and deploy policies and practices aligned to strategic and operational needsLead a team of HR staff to develop, plan and implement various HR initiatives such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and performance management programs.Support all stages of the employee life cycleManaging or overseeing the development and implementation of human resources and related functional programs to achieve desired future state and operational results, aligns leadership and resources required, and ensure effective implementation and administration.Collaborate and partner with the global HR team to develop, customize and execute global programs to GBSGuide and coach leaders on the full scale of HR issues (hiring and talent planning, people management, recruitment & compensation/benefits etc.)Partner with Internal functions including finance, admin and external HR providers.Support exit procedure (clearance process, exit interviews and review of payouts).Manage company-initiated benefits and programsMonitor payroll process by the Outsourced Payroll and support payroll team on appropriate actions for any concerns arising relating to salaries.Manage employee discipline and employee movements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or its equivalentMinimum 5 solid experience/background in all facets of HRHands-on experience in Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment.Working knowledge/understanding of best practices in the function and industry.Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office suite
