The Sr. HRBP performs a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being. They interview employees and discuss client, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity. This person also evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with clients and management to determine appropriate action. Furthermore, this person explains and provides advice to workers about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance. They also provide guidance and supervision to the day-to-day operations of the ER Operations Specialists and Associates. This individual is also expected to contribute to ongoing simplification and process improvement initiatives.
People Management
Supervise the ER Operations Associates and Specialists and provide guidance on day-to-day HR operations of their respective accountsProvide leadership support to direct reports in terms of training and talent developmentPlan periodic shift schedule rotation of ER Operations Associates, Specialists/HR Business PartnersManage the incoming concerns and issues from clients and employees while delegating tasks to the ER Operations Associates and Specialists in an efficient mannerConduct objective performance appraisals based on set goals in a timely mannerAccount Management

Handle Complex Behavior and Attendance Administrative /Labor CasesEscalates complex issues to P&C Operations and P&C Dept. Create and prepare Employee Relations Reports such as but not limited to Attrition Report, Headcount Report, and the like.Ensure accuracy of all HR data such as but not limited to HRISdata, attrition data, and the likePerform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.Extend work hours when needed.Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of HRBP, labor relations or employee relations experience in the BPO industryStrong understanding of Philippine labor laws and other applicable regulationsCandidates must possess a bachelor’s/college degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.Can easily adapt and understand different HR systems applicable for the job.Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
