JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.Good written and oral communication skills (English and Filipino)Must be knowledgable in MS office applications.Able to work independently and multitasking skill is an advantage.Good quantitative skills (can do simple computations, consolidation of data, oversee budgets, etc)A. Office Management
1. Arrange Meetings and scheduling of appointments
2. Composes business correspondences i.e. memos, emails, announcements, etc.
3. Monitors and handles incoming/outgoing documents and correspondences.
4. Manages information in the Office
4.1 Handles and screens telephone calls
4.2 Confidential information
5. documentation and ensures the office filing systems and records are appropriately maintained and updated in accordance with the existing framework
6. Arranges travel and transportation assignments or Innovation and Design Group (i.e. site visits, ocular, business trips, etc.)
B. Actively involved in the organization of Inter-Department and other Company related events such as Planning, Teambuilding, investors night, etc
