The Role
As a Service Officer, you will assist the Relationship Manager (RM) in overall account management of its day-to-day transactions such as loan availment, interest payments, and loan documentation, through coordination with Operating Units of the Bank (Credit, Trust, Treasury, International Banking Services Division, Operations & Branch Banking) to achieve efficient and timely implementation of loan facilities. You will help in assessing account handling and early detection of problematic accounts.
How you'll contribute
Provides timely and relevant information and issues to clients through effective communication to immediately address concerns that may affect the availability of their loan facilitiesHelps in assessing and evaluating accounts through monitoring payments and handling of clients to detect and identify possible problematic accountsPrepares and manages accounts with a credit line of P20.00MM and below through preparing short credit proposals and availment sheets to meet customer needs while developing and maintaining productive relationshipsPrepares availment and instruction sheets based on the Bank's format to ensure all accounts are in the current statusMonitors documentary deficiencies of all accounts using the CDC monitoring tool in E-Source to ensure all lines are updated and are always available to clientsUpdates the RMs regarding the status of accounts through effective communication to ensure overall proper account managementOrganizes all loan documents through the proper filing of credit folders to ensure completeness of loan documentationWhat we’re looking for
With at least 3 years of relevant experienceKnowledge/familiarization with business and loan documentsEffective negotiation and monitoring skillsAble to communicate effectively with clients and other department unitsAbility to anticipate issues and plan strategies on account management
