Key Responsibilities:
Assists in auditing accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Assists in preparing and monitoring the annual budget.Compiles required and special reports on operating functions of the department.Compiles and accurately reports all financial data as required by government regulations.Directs employee training to improve efficiency and ensure conformance to standard procedures and practices.Conducts staff meetings to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices.Prepares work schedules, assigns duties to personnel, and develops procedures to ensure efficient operation of the Trust Department.
