Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities Monthly financial reporting and analysis of performanceAnalyze profitability of Business UnitsAssist in the development and maintenance of key metrics for Business UnitsUnderstand financial aspects of the business and be able to highlight strengths and weaknessesPerform modeling and financial analysis relating pricing, product development, promotion, and productivity, capacity and return on capital investmentsWork with various Business Units to drive cost reductions and process improvementCoordinate and prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for revenues, expense, and capitalAnalyze key drivers of revenues and costs to implement actionable measuresAssist in month end closingCandidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverablesSelf-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressureSense of professionalism and ability to develop relationshipsStrong attention to detailFlexible in shiftTemporary Work from Home arrangement.
