Duties and Responsibilities:
evaluation of indirect tax governance frameworks and controlsEnd to end testing of design and operating effectiveness of controls and report preparationSupporting clients with measures to improve indirect tax control frameworksAssist with Indirect Tax projectsAssist in the identification, validation and confirmation of indirect tax recoveriesPresent findings to clientsLiaise with clients to help expedite data preparation and collationReview and reconcile client data to source and tax reported to the ATOKey point of contact for BTG’s data team and help identify and realise data-driven operational efficiencies.Perform other duties as required.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting and/or FinanceCPA/CA qualification4+ years’ experience in tax, audit or tax governance with a Chartered/CPA firm or MNE; International experience is strongly preferredRole is completely remote, meaning you can work from home.
