AUDIT ASSISTANT MANAGER
is to oversee manpower, work progress and reporting requirements under both sections. To always ensure the accuracy and timeliness in submission of all reports and schedules.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan annual audit count schedule based on the set interval and store rating.Works with supervisor in managing the workload or schedule of inventory staff.Ensures compliance on regular head office reviews.Coordinates with respective department heads during the duration of audit activity.Reviews report (inventory-related & HO-based audit) of superior prior to submission to Audit Manager.Performs one on one and group coaching of subordinates to maximize work efficiency.Conducts meeting with supervisor once a week to address major concerns and issues with the group.JOB SPECIFICATION:
Graduate of BS Accountancyat least 2 years experience as Accounting or Audit Supervisor / Officercomputer literate (MS Office Application)with excellent communication skills both orally and in writingWilling to travel and work in Pedro LagunaCan start immediately
