ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Must haves:High proficiency in data management systems with coding knowledge.High proficiency in Financial Reporting and tools.Key areas of Responsibility:·       Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting·       Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion·       Generating reports from single or multiple systems·       Create variance analysis reports and financial models·       Leads real-time financial performance monitoring·       Presents detailed monthly financial reports·       Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams·       Generates Royalty and Commission reports·       Perform data reconciliations including Inventory balance reports.  Essential Criteria: The Accounting Analyst is expected to have demonstrated achievement and capability in the following areas:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with major in Accountancy5-8 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting preferably at a Retail companyHigh Proficiency in MS Access and Excel is a mustProficiency in ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 BCDemonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.Works independently using project management skills.Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
