Job Title                : Sales Consultant

Reports To          : Sales Supervisor

Interface with    : Operations Department, Purchasing Department

Job Purpose

To handle volume, bulk, or commercial buyers or sales of The Home Depot

Duties and Responsibilities

Generate appropriate sales invoice for volume / bulk sales transactionTo go out & identify potential new construction & close salesTo assist client (A-architect, B-builders, C-contractors, D-developers, E-engineering and and user) with a given bill of materials for projects or walk-in.To hit monthly Quota set by the management. (HR)Ensure all documents are properly documented. (Audit)Submit daily report needed to his / her superior (Manager)Ensures that product recommended to client must be set standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)To promote promo of the management (price guarantee, loyalty card, unionbank, auto lotto 2, red tag sale and other relevant marketing aspects)For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after sales feedback.For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation) and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.To join events given by the Marketing, Corp. Comm and top management

Qualifications

Degree Holder (Architecture, Engineering or equivalent is a plus)At least 1 year work experience in sales in construction and hardware industry.Must have a pleasing personalityComputer literate
