As part of the Sites and Patients Center of Excellence, the Senior Marketing Analyst will conduct a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to support near-term and long-term business strategies. Besides pre-defined responsibilities, the Senior Marketing Analyst will have opportunities to lead or support innovative data-driven initiatives in supporting the overall business performance and operational efficiency.
This role will be collaborating with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, IT, Project Management, etc. A successful candidate should have advanced data mining experience, proficient communication and presentation skills, and Marketing and/or Demand Generation knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business analytics team and BI team on data extraction and data enhancementsConduct data queries and prepare large data sets from various sourcesWork with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to identify key business questions and use both quantitative and qualitative insights to support decision makingConduct business critical analyses to drive or influence patient recruitment strategiesImprove measurement framework and processes to ensure data efficiency, relevance, and accuracyManage analytics projects/initiatives to ensure on-time and top-quality deliveryPresent trends, insights, and business recommendations to cross-functional leaders and stakeholdersStay up to date on marketing tools, technologies, and trendsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, marketing, statistics, or similar field.Proficient in English written and verbal communicationMinimum 5 years of data mining, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling experienceAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL, SAS, R, and Python Demonstrated expertise in Oracle database, Snowflake data warehouseExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate complex information into actionable insightsHighly proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to collaborate with teams located in multiple geographies
