JOB SUMMARY
The position holder is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. They oversee all elements such as but not limited to managing P&L, formulating strategy, establishing policies, managing departments, and ensuring the business’ company wide operational excellence.
DUTIES:
Responsible for P&L, strategy planning, budget control , cash flow and forecast, promotion strategy, crisis management, new business development and other decision-making dutiesEnsure the results are consistent with the growth and vision of the businessDrive & implement growth strategy for rapid expansion across the PhilippinesBuild & lead a high performing team and cultureResponsibility for business development and identifying expansion optionsStrive for continuous improvement, review and transformation of processesBuild relationships with key stakeholders internally and externallyCoordinate the efforts of the business development, set-up improved process,systems for management, finance, human resources, logistics, and other relevant departments, in order to achieve the agreed targets.Work together with leadership teams to obtain all necessary business licenses and meet sales targets from year to year.Uphold and ensure standards of operational excellence through all facets of the companyDevelop and implement growth & sales strategies for each business unit, initiate complementary partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with the major players in the healthcare spaceFINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the financial goals are met through strong sales growth and expense management.Oversee and Engage in cost-benefit analysis, seeking to obtain the best price for materials and oversee production methods so that output is at peak efficiency levels.Oversee and create forecasts within each area of the company and regularly monitor performance vs the forecast.Oversee the efficiency of supply chain procedures and asset managementLead growth and expansion of the rental and service outsourcing business in every region in the PhilippinesExpand the network of quality supplier/vendors of the company and engage in supplier/vendor negotiations to win beneficial terms for the companyFind strong growth opportunities to deepen and strengthen B2B relationships with customers new and existingOversee efficiency of the company distribution model and create ways to save costs and increase speed in delivery.OPERATIonAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and train all department heads to ensure alignment to mission and vision of the company.Manage the company’s resources to ensure operations at an efficient capacity and is designed to scale to meet sales objectives.Identifying opportunities to expand, dive deeper or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market.Ensure company competitiveness in the industry through various approaches.Implements strategic approaches in all aspects of operating the business (Hospital Services, Engineering Services, Logistics and Inventory Management, Sales and Business development and Ancillary services)Design and formulate strategy and set goals and KPI’s for each stakeholderBuild ways to continuously operate efficiently (i.e. documentations, forms, systems, control points)Create records management system to be able to store and keep company reports ensuring compliance, confidentiality and reporting.Identify and implement documented processes and workflows across all departmentsCreates a systems approach to ensure all departments are working together smoothly to reach company goalsMaintain smooth communication across all departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operations Ensures that regulations are followed including compliance with various government agenciesORGANIZATIonAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall health and performance of staff, from head, managers, mid managers to rank and fileActively participate in overall organizational development improvements (Ie. hiring and training a strong team to support the company’s expansion and growth)Facilitates change management and improvement in terms of employment, organizational structure, policies, procedures of the departments under the position-holder’s supervisionBuild and feed a strong company culture of efficiency, discipline and patient careQUALIFICATIONS
Work experience in a similar leadership position (C-Suite, Overall management role, GM) for at least 10 years in a good standing company large P&LSuccess in top level change management initiative (corporate transformations, organizational transitions, start-up operations)Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or related field, Law; MBA, CFA, Certifications in quality management is a plusExperience working in healthcare services, b2b servicesInternational / overseas experienceProven track record of achieving fast growth with expansion of business operationsKnowledge of the Philippines market highly desirable
