Responsibilities:
Oversee thorough market research activities and provide intelligence and actionable recommendations on recruitment branding to ReMX and TA leaders and other key stakeholders.Conduct market/competitive scans, market analytics, customer surveys and FGDs.Convert market and competitive insights into buyer needs and market opportunities.Together with the leaders of ReMX, assess and recommend opportunities for new campaigns and market engagements that will promote VXI as top-of-mind brand in the BPO space.Define, measure, and report on metrics related to all marketing areas.Qualifications:
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologyWell-organized, and possesses strong analytical and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills and methodical approach to assessing data effectively and accurately and extracting insights and implicationsAbility to employ critical thinking, with proven success in creative problem solvingWork Experience
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar roleHas an experience in managing/leading a team or a group of individuals not necessary reporting to him/herBachelor’s degree or relevant experience requiredMust have market research and intelligence experience
