Job Responsibilities
Penetrates new accounts, attains call target, creates product demand, and carries out marketing campaigns to achieve territory sales targetCollects, organizes, and applies facts and data to make sound business decisionsRecommends and prepares business proposals to generate product demand, sales, and business growthPrepares and presents territory performance at Business Review meetingsCommunicates product and service messages to customers during coverageCreates customer profiles and targets for the territory's customer master planConducts product presentations, product demonstrations, and application trainings for Key Opinion Leaders and end usersCoordinates with Warehouse, Accounting, and/or Sales Manager for processing of Purchase Orders, handling of customer complaints, and management of old and new accountsManages account receivables in assigned accountsPrepares, consolidates, and submits bidding requirements in a timely mannerCollaborates and coordinates with Service Engineer for instrument-related mattersProvides a monthly forecast for each account, drilled down per productProposes an inventory movement strategy, especially for damaged or nearly-expired stocksMonitors and processes Purchase Orders and ensure timely deliveriesComposes quotations with proposed margin calculations per price offerFollows company policies and procedures, and submits reports as neededEstablishes solid business relationships with customers and gatekeepersPerforms other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeWorking Arrangement

Education: Graduate of a 4-year, Science or health-related course (i.e. Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Molecular Biology, Biology, and other science or health-related courses)
Experience: At least six (6) months in Diagnostics and Laboratory sales experience.
