The Paralegal Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Company’s legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Degree in Legal Management or LawMinimum experience of two years in paralegal roleExcellent communication and time management skillsIntensive knowledge of the law, procedures, government regulations and other legal processesInvestigative mind, keen attention to details and strong research skillsExperience in preparing legal documents

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews, tracks and monitors legislation that may impact the company Renews and maintains company licensing agreementsDrafts, files and manage legal documentsUpdates leadership team with new legislation and/or regulations that may affect the businessResponds to requests for informationAssist with ethics and compliance programsCoordinates with Company Lawyer for case advise and statusPerforms legal research
