Job Summary/Responsibilities:

Directly reports to the Executive Vice President.Works in close relationship with the Global Network development team.The primary function is to help Network Members through their journey from initial startup to long-term thriving and to add value to the Member Success team as it grows.This position proactively supports all functions of a Network Member in making local and international grants.Ensure the consistent and proper use of TrustBridge's suite of software applications.

Qualifications (Education, Training & Experience):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of customer success management experience.2+ years in direct supervision or leadership experience.Experience in using ERP systems and CRM systems.Experience in training and teaching clients’ new skills.Experience in financial services or banking helpful.Experience in using web-based video conference systems like Zoom or Teams.Experience in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Abilities & Personal Characteristics:

Demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional maturity.Proven success and experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar client support role.Understanding of philanthropy and international granting very helpful.Experience mentoring junior team members.Franchising or multi-office location experience helpful.Relationship building ability.Cross cultural experience helpful.

Work Environment:

The workday would run from 5 PM – 2 AM (Philippine Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.Remote/'Work from home' majority of the time, but space to work in the office is provided if preferred by employees.May report in person once a week or less, and as needed for important meetings & corporate activities.Willing to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours.
