Main Purpose of the Job
Fully owns the marketing & sales funnel specifically for online to offline model (online leads generation to offline sales conversion) with objective to grow online leads..Key Accountabilities
Design customer acquisition / customer engagement strategies leveraging digital marketing concepts for ecommerce business objectivesManage full spectrum of Digital Marketing program execution from strategy definition to delivery, working with external and internal partnersProvide direction on content creation for owned campaigns, craft communication briefs with clear marketing objectives and KPIsManage lead generation campaigns; Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns with the help of external agencies to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to deliver performanceOverall management and monitoring of the online to offline digital funnelDefine and manage marketing budgets with a clear view on allocation requirements across media, channel mix, platform requirements etc.Drive and manage digital projects and initiatives to help deliver customer acquisition objectives on online sales and leadsMonitor reports, web analytics dashboards, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metricsCross functional team management to ensure channel efficiency and optimizationLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the proper development of digital assets to support campaignsIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insightsExperience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related courses ·3-5 years’ exclusive experience in digital marketingExperience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry or in e-commerce, CPG, Telecom . Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaignsIn-depth, hands-on experience of digital media touch points (paid media): video, social, SEM/PPC, SEO, display, email, etc.In-depth, hands-on experience of digital marketing tools & platforms: experience in mar-tech platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc)Expert knowledge of digital marketing concepts and principles, specifically in the realm of performance marketing: from customer acquisition strategies, app engagement strategies, affiliate marketing, database marketing, cross-channel campaign management, to analytics & attribution modelsStrong Project Management skills ·Strong project management ·Innovative, adaptive and willing to learnExperience in insurance and financial industry is a plus
