JOB DEscriptION:
Develops sales strategies and activities to achieve organizational sales goals & revenue target within the assigned territory.Forecasts and achieves annual, quarter and monthly sales and revenue by establishing sales objectives and action plans in areas of operations.Develops and directs actions plans and oversees achievement of sales activities and team performanceevaluates sales performance of sales staff through following established KPIs and provide feedback, support, coaching and training to optimize performance.Plans and directs training requirement of sales promoters for continued and optimum performance.Assists with the development of presentation materials, training manuals and proposals.Conceptualizes promotion ideas and go-to market activities for sales volume generation for key stores or areas.Analyzes results, interprets sales figures and recommends action plans for further sales growth and improvement of brand awareness to immediate superior.Identifies and proposes sales and market opportunities in assigned areas.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and other activities as needed.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of 2 or 4 year course, any field.With at least 1 year of work experience in Sales (open to do field work)With good to excellent communication (in both writing and oral) and management skills.With strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership and people skills.Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)Highly analytical with good business acumen and relations.With good moral character and high level of professionalism and integrity.
